COMA . . .
|
The story . . .
The first script about a solo mission to Mars was about a space pilot slowly going stir crazy. Through the scene the frustration builds as the pilot, fantastically played by Chloe, arguing with her co-pilot slowly discovers that she is in fact arguing with herself, which was cleverly performed by Vicky. This initial script was worked on and developed into three other pieces which joined, in the final show.
The second script was about an overzealous actress understudy expertly played by Alexis, who rigged accidents to happen to the actors of the show so they would have to take the night off and she would be in the limelight. The ever stressed theatre manager trying desperately to keep the piece and introduce the show was played by Jake to great effect. The scene built into the realisation that the theatre was actually closed and there was no audience to watch anyway. Take a look at the students in action . . .
